Established in 2002 by Ben and Joe Fendig,

The Fendig name in the Golden Isles spans more than a century to the fifth generation in the area.

Albert Fendig was born in 1870 in Indiana, moving shortly thereafter to the Brunswick, Ga. and St Simons area. Since then, the Fendig family has been involved in real estate, and many other businesses in this area. The family has worked hard in this community to provide a positive impact for those who live and vacation here.
